I had the opportunity to spend one night in a gorgeous Central Park View room. Upon entering, I was greeted with a decadent chocolate tray complete with a mini Empire State Building cookie, and a view to die for. There’s nothing quite like drifting to sleep while staring out the window at the twinkling lights of the city, or waking up to the sight of Central Park from above.

This summer, the Mandarin Oriental New York has launched 42 restyled one- and two-bedroom suites, each themed to reflect the city’s sunrise, dusk, and nights and celebrate the city. The suites are located on the corners on each guest floor in order to provide a panoramic view of the city.
